The challenge
The project had to bring together two types of product: apartments designed for long stays and rooms that work more like a hotel. Based on this combination, the layout set out to use the site efficiently, clearly organize the different types of accommodation and create amenities suited to the needs of each user profile. This made it possible to balance private areas, common spaces and services, creating an experience suited both to short-stay guests and to users who stay for longer periods.
The design decision
The amenities were strategically placed as a transition element between the different areas of the project. Rather than working only as complementary services, they became a shared social core that links the different types of accommodation and creates a meeting point for all users.
